Culinary Safety Auditor is a system designed to assist meal ordering customers and food safety authorities by monitoring the preparation process of takeout meals. This system enhances the health index of delivered food by using kitchen cameras to collect information on the ingredients used and employing Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) to assess the quality of the ingredients.
